Practice yourself, for heaven’s sake, in little things; and thence proceed to greater – Epictetus ( c. AD 55 – C. 135)
The only thing standing between your present condition and your greatest lives is your daily routine practices. Be aware of your whole day activity.
At the start of every New year, people make a large amount of resolutions with passion and commitment to do many new things. People have the desire to fulfil their resolutions and they buy a New year diary, calendar, to do list pocket diary etc. But than after a few days, they stop doing the new activity and just give up.
They need to do the things on a daily basis for at least 66 days; According to latest research by London university it takes 66 days of deliberate daily practice to install a new habit – Robin Sharma
We are taught not to waste our time but programmed to waste our life. It’s time to get ready for 2016 and say goodbye to the habits that are holding you back!- Bob Proctor
We all want our future to be bright in terms of health, wealth and relationship. But we are not ready to pay the price; price of pain, price of discomfort, price of sacrifice. While shopping, you pay the price of the product to buy it. So to get something you have to pay the price. Similarly to fulfil your resolution you have to pay the price of learning, price of practice, price of discomfort and price of asking questions to yourself.
Ask yourself or have a self talk about what you are doing everyday.
what productive work am I doing ?
Am I contributing for revenue generating activity ?.
Am I learn something new everyday?
Am I helping others towards my responsibilities of life for my family?
Am I wasting my time (currency) or investing it?
Self control is strength; right thought is key; and right practice is mastery.

Whatever you would make habitual, practice it; and if you would not make a thing habitual, do not practice it, but accustom yourself to something else – Epictetus
