Most of our behaviour is automatic, roughly 90% of what we do, we think we do, because we are consciously thinking about it but the reality is that most of what we do is automatic through our daily habitual working routines.

They are all committed to their daily routines towards their habits, plans, goals and purpose of life.

When you commit yourself to change your daily routines, you will face lots of distraction and pain from your surrounding people because they unconsciously don’t want to change them self either you, but then it’s your decision to change your own life. It’s your choice.
