Most of what we do is the result of our everyday routines and habits that we run through most of our life time to the point where it’s no longer store in conscious to sub-conscious treasury.

Tony Schwartz says “A ritual is a highly precise behaviour you do at a specific time so that it becomes automatic over time and no longer requires much conscious intention or energy.”

World class performers, players, actors, musicians, artists, entertainers, industrialist, investor’s, creator and a great go getter they all have one thing in common; they have fantastic daily working routines and habits designed to give the maximum energy, maximum focus, and maximum influences in the world. They are all  committed to their daily routines towards their habits, plans, goals and purpose of life.

Therefore think about your daily routines and habits. Get your habits right and then your life will begin to transform.

Our everyday routines, practice, habits determine our results in future.

See your daily routines and check the habits of successful people, you will come to know why they are more happy, wealthy and successful than you.

We are what we today because of our daily routines, habits and behaviour. If we are not satisfied with the results in our life then we need to change our daily routines, which will later formed into a good habit through repetitive daily practice.
